Kokichi Oma is available for Print & Play in English. Lie Bullets are used to defeat Heroes by playing Neeheehee!. Kokichi Oma has a unique action, Fabricate Lies, which converts Power into a special resource (much like Evil Queen) called Lie Bullets. The sprite in his Villain Portrait was provided by Tricky. He is from the 2017 Japanese visual novel game Danganronpa V3: Killing Harmony, which was developed and published by Spike Chunsoft.
